Leak detection product types
Standalone water alarms are the simplest water leak detector: a battery unit with gold-plated or stainless probes that sounds a loud buzzer when bridged by water. Low cost, no setup — ideal for multipacks.
Smart water leak sensors connect via Wi-Fi or a hub protocol (Zigbee, Z-Wave, LoRa, by model) and push alerts to a phone app. See water leak sensor for connectivity and app options.
Flood sensors with remote probes or sensing cable cover a wider area under appliances. Sump pump alarms float-switch or probe high-water alarms for sump pits — see sump pump alarm. Temperature alarms warn of freezing conditions that could burst pipes — a natural cross-sell with freeze protection.
Water leak detector vs water leak sensor
Shoppers use both terms. In our catalog, a detector or water alarm usually means a standalone audible unit; a sensor usually means a connected device reporting to an app or hub. Many programs carry both: a 3- or 5-pack of audible alarms as the entry SKU and a smart sensor kit as the premium SKU.

We do not claim UL, FCC, CE or any other certification by default. Electronics are built to the standards you specify on the RFQ, and test reports available for a given model can be provided on request. Market compliance for your brand remains your responsibility.
