Flood barriers for private label brands, distributors and installers

  • Aluminum stop-log, gate, door-dam, inflatable and absorbent formats
  • Sized to opening width and target water height you specify
  • Private label packaging, manuals and carton marks
  • Test reports can be provided on request — no certification claimed by default

Flood barrier types we quote

Removable aluminum flood barriers (stop-log or plank systems) slide into wall-mounted side channels and stack to the required height; EPDM gaskets compress between planks and against the sill. They suit doorways, garages and commercial entrances where the opening is known and fixed channels are acceptable.

Flood gates are hinged, swing or lift-in panels for driveways, yard openings and loading areas — see flood gates. Flood door barriers are tool-free, pressure-fit dams that expand against the door frame, popular with retail and e-commerce sellers — see flood barriers for homes.

Inflatable flood barriers and water-filled tubes deploy along longer runs and fold flat for storage. Sandbag alternatives — absorbent bags that swell when wet — are lighter to stock than sand and are often bundled into home flood kits. Flood vents (foundation openings that let water equalise through crawl spaces) can be added to a mixed container where the buyer specifies the design.

Sandbags vs. modern flood barriers

Sandbags remain the default many homeowners know, but they are heavy, slow to fill and single-use once contaminated. For a retail or distribution program, a sandbag alternative (super-absorbent polymer bags) or a reusable aluminum or inflatable barrier is easier to ship, stock and sell. Many of our buyers carry both: absorbent bags as an entry SKU and removable barriers as the premium line.

How buyers choose a flood barrier program

  • Opening type: door, garage, driveway, basement window, or open perimeter.
  • Target water height: typical requests range from about 30 cm door dams to 1 m+ stacked plank systems.
  • Mounting: permanent side channels, temporary clamps, or freestanding.
  • Channel: retail kit, installer project, municipal or property-management tender.

Our flood barrier sizing guide walks through measuring openings and choosing heights before you send an RFQ.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between a flood barrier and a flood gate?

A flood barrier is the general category — anything that blocks water at an opening. A flood gate is a hinged or lift-in panel sized to a specific opening such as a driveway, usually with a fixed frame.

Can you make flood barriers to a custom width?

Yes. Plank and gate systems are cut to the opening width and height on your drawing; adjustable door barriers cover a size range per SKU.

Do you supply sandbag alternatives as well?

Yes — absorbent bags that swell on contact with water are a common entry SKU and can be packed in retail multipacks under your brand.

Do you supply flood vents?

Flood vents can be added to a mixed order when you provide the design and the standard your market requires. We do not claim any flood vent certification by default.

Do your products carry FEMA, UL, ASTM or similar certification?

We do not claim any certification, approval or test rating by default. Products are built to the specification and standards the buyer names on the RFQ, and test reports can be provided on request where available. Ask about documentation on the inquiry form.
