Heated hoses · OEM & wholesale
Heated hoses heated drinking water hoses for RVs, livestock and outdoor taps
A heated hose keeps water flowing to an RV, camper, livestock waterer or outdoor fixture when temperatures drop below freezing. StormForge supplies heated water hoses with integrated heating cable and thermostat to RV accessory brands, farm and ranch suppliers and hardware distributors — in the lengths, fittings and plugs your market uses.
- Integrated heating cable along the full hose length
- Built-in thermostat that switches on near freezing (by model)
- Common lengths ~4–15 m (approx. 15–50 ft); custom on request
- Brass or stainless fittings, plug per market, private label packaging
How a heated hose works
A heating cable runs along the inner hose under an insulating jacket and outer cover. A thermostat near the plug switches the cable on when the ambient temperature approaches freezing and off when it warms up, so the hose only draws power when needed. It is the hose equivalent of pipe heat cable — and many buyers stock both.
Where heated hoses are used
- RVs and campers — fresh-water supply hoses for winter camping
- Livestock and farms — supplying troughs and waterers in barns and paddocks
- Homes and cabins — temporary outdoor water supply in freezing weather
- Marinas and job sites — winter water supply
Pair with an outdoor faucet cover and pipe insulation for a complete winter-water bundle.

Frequently asked questions
How cold can a heated hose work?
The rated low-temperature range depends on the model, hose construction and whether fittings are insulated; we state it per model on the datasheet.
Can a heated hose be used for drinking water?
Models intended for drinking water use suitable hose materials; certification is not claimed by default and material reports can be provided on request.
Do you offer 230 V versions for Europe?
Yes, 220–240 V versions with market plugs can be quoted.
Are your heat cables or insulation UL listed or ASTM tested?
We do not claim UL, CSA, ETL, ASTM or any other listing or test result by default. Products are built to the standards you specify, and test reports available for a given product can be provided on request.
