This policy explains how StormForge (“we”) handles information you submit through this website. This is a business-to-business website for OEM, private label and wholesale inquiries.

Information we collect

• Inquiry form: your name, email, business type, product interest, order quantity and message.
• Technical data: the page you submitted from, browser user agent, approximate location derived from your IP address, and first-touch referral/campaign information, used to route and qualify inquiries.
• Analytics: aggregated usage statistics via Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics when enabled.

How we use it

To answer your inquiry, prepare quotations and samples, follow up on orders, and improve the website. We do not sell your personal information.

Spam protection

The inquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated submissions.

Storage and processors

Inquiries are stored in a hosted database (Supabase) and the website is served through Cloudflare. These providers process data on our behalf.

Retention

We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to handle the business relationship, or until you ask us to delete them.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your information by contacting us through the inquiry form.

We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest revision.
